A 28 year old man by the name of Charles Bryant was shot in the leg in West Philly on January 29. Bryant, who was in the passenger seat of a white Pontiac, was pulled over at 56th and Girard Avenue. I think this article was written well because it had many details. The author had quotes from sources and told everything that happened. But I also think the author could have added what other priors the suspect had.
